epsotech creates new leadership role

to drive Transformation & People strategy

Böblingen, June 18th 2026 epsotech is establishing a new leadership role to further strengthen its transformation agenda and people strategy. With the introduction of the Chief Transformation & People Officer (CTPO), the company consolidates responsibility for transformation, organization, leadership, and people at the executive level.

This decision reflects epsotech’s commitment to shaping strategic change in a people-centered and sustainable way. In an international multi-site environment with demanding market conditions, the ability to continuously develop organizational structures, culture, and capabilities is a critical success factor.

Katja Klein has been appointed to this key position and assumed the role of Chief Transformation and People Officer (CTPO) on June 1. She will lead the company’s transformation initiatives and bring together all people-related functions at Group level. Her focus will be on strengthening collaboration, advancing leadership and culture, and supporting the execution of epsotech’s strategic priorities.

Katja brings extensive experience in transformation, HR leadership, and change management. Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex transformation programs, built sustainable people strategies, and supported organizations through phases of growth and change.

With the introduction of the Chief Transformation & People Officer role, epsotech firmly anchors transformation and a strong people focus on the highest level. The company underlines its ambition to actively shape its future - together with its people.
