Continued Availability Through Strategic Sales Cooperation
Böblingen, October 13th, 2025 epsotech part of SKENDER Group, is pleased to announce a strategic sales cooperation with Primex, a global leader in extruded sheet and roll stock. This agreement immediately secures the continued supply of high-quality HDPE materials up to 12mm thickness for its customers across Europe.
Following the planned closure of epsotech Germany, this new cooperation guarantees the ongoing availability of HDPE materials within the epsotech portfolio and safeguards uninterrupted service to customers. Under the agreement, Primex will be responsible for the production of HDPE plastic sheets, while epsotech will retain full responsibility for sales, order management and customer service across its markets.
This collaboration enables epsotech to continue delivering its established HDPE product range with the same quality standards, technical specifications, and supply reliability that customers have come to expect.

Customers should note that all existing sales contacts and communication channels will remain exactly the same.
